This is a collection of 10 talks on insight meditation by Burmese meditation master Sayadaw U Janaka over the course of a course he gave in Australia in the early 1990s. This was previously only available as a 10 CD set, but has now been converted into MP3 format. It comes as a single CD with approx. 10 hours of audio, a user friendly front-end and additional MP3 playing software. This will not play in a standard CD player, you will need a either an MP3 walkman or a PC or Mac computer to listen to this CD (Some DVD player now also will play MP3s).
